Republican Bill Teeter has won the Vacancy of Office Runoff Election for House District 44. The special election was held following the passing of Rep. Stan Berry, whose lifetime of service to the State of Arkansas will long be remembered.

Bill Teeter, conservative Republican candidate for State Representative in District 44, today announced the endorsement of five Pope County Justices of the Peace: Phillip Haney of Atkins, Margaret Motley of Pottsville, Tim Whittenburg of Atkins, Ronnie Wilbanks of Hector, and Jackie Heflin of Dover.

Bill Teeter, a conservative Republican, lifelong resident of Pope County, and retired public servant, today announced his candidacy for State Representative in District 44 following the vacancy created by the passing of Representative Stan Berry.
