POPE COUNTY JUSTICES OF THE PEACE ENDORSE BILL TEETER IN DISTRICT 44 SPECIAL ELECTION
CROW MOUNTAIN, Ark. — Bill Teeter, conservative Republican candidate for State Representative in District 44, today announced the endorsement of five Pope County Justices of the Peace: Phillip Haney of Atkins, Margaret Motley of Pottsville, Tim Whittenburg of Atkins, Ronnie Wilbanks of Hector, and Jackie Heflin of Dover.
“I am honored to have the support of these respected leaders,” Teeter said. “They have worked hard for the people of Pope County, and I appreciate their confidence in my campaign.”
The five Justices of the Peace are backing Teeter for his over three decades of service to Pope County, deep community roots, and commitment to conservative leadership. Their endorsement underscores confidence in his ability to represent District 44 at the State Capitol.
Teeter is running on a platform focused on keeping Arkansas the most pro-life state, eliminating the state individual income tax, defending the police and first responders, protecting the 2nd Amendment, and encouraging small business and job growth.

Bill Teeter, a committed Christian, husband, father, and grandfather, lives on Crow Mountain with his wife, Kristi, a former member of the Pottsville School Board. He brings over three decades of public service experience to the race. He has served the people of Pope County as a volunteer firefighter, 911 dispatcher, constable, deputy coroner, search and rescue leader, and Assistant Director of Pope County 911 and the Office of Emergency Management.
